Alan Glass

Alan has 17 years of experience as an investment banker and financial manager at several top-tier banks and corporations. At BankBoston, Alan led prominent debt restructurings in Argentina and conducted over 100 mergers and reorganizations as Financial Manager for Multicanal (Clarin Group). Previously, Alan served as Relationship Manager within the Corporate and Investment Banking units of Banco de Galicia and HSBC. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Buenos Aires.

Barbara Grieco

Barbara has a Master’s Degree in International Economics at Bocconi University, Milan and an International Master in Economic Science at Erasmus University, Rotterdam. She had a 18 years experience at STMicroelectronics, an Italian-French leading manufacturer of electronic components. She has assumed various roles: from 1995 to 1997 Business and Financial Controller; from 1998 to 2002 Business Unit Manager; from 2003 to 2004 Marketing Manager in Milan offices. From 2005 to 2013 Barbara has served as Director of M&A, Corporate Strategy and Business Development at the STMicroelectronics headquarters in Geneva. She has a specific experience in complex M&A cross-border transactions, in corporate strategy and business development. From September 2014 Barbara is Associate Partner at Cavour Corporate Finance.

Bob Dodds

Bob Dodds

Bob is a leading China M&A advisor with over 20 years of China experience and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Bob was head of China M&A for the global investment banking division of HSBC. Previously, Bob worked as a senior banker at CICC, China’s top local investment bank and a joint venture of Morgan Stanley, and played a key role in building CICC’s M&A practice. He has led a wide range of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, JVs, IPOs and restructurings across many industries. Before his investment banking career, Bob practiced corporate and international trade law in Washington, DC and New York and holds J.D. and M.S.F.S degrees from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Columbia University.

Karl-Ludwig Diehl

Karl brings 20 years of M&A experience to Woodbridge International. He has acted as an advisor to sellers and buyers across various business sectors and has completed many successful transactions in Germany and cross border. Karl has worked on numerous M&A mandates in distribution, manufacturing, chemistry and business services, and he continues to assist business owners and buyers through the process of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the lower middle-market. Earlier in his career, Karl was CEO at a plastics and metal working company with international activities, where he spent over fifteen years in a variety of key management roles. He also was nominated in several supervisory and advisory boards in manufacturing and services industries. Karl graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration at University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.

Ken has spent close to 30 years in international finance, starting in Merrill Lynch Tokyo. After working there for 11years, he started his own company focusing on M&A. After gaining experience in the M&A field, he was recruited to join an investment fund focusing on corporate investments. He spent time as a Senor MD at a US PE firm before returning to his roots in M&A as Senior MD of Global MA Partners, a middle class target boutique M&A advisory firm. Ken has worked with firms in the automotive parts space. Ken has been working with Gotairiku Partners since January 2010.

David Denton

David Denton

Based in São Paulo, David began his career working for a financial boutique in London and later moved to Banco Real de Investimento (Banco Real Group) where he was responsible for structuring over $1 billion in debt transactions. He then joined Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and worked on M&A, financial advisory and privatization assignments. He later worked for RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) where he was responsible for originating and structuring Management Buyouts and Buy-ins, corporate acquisitions, development finance, and other leveraged transactions. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Hons) degree and an MBA from the University of Bath in the U.K.

El Sr. Colín cuenta con 30 años de experiencia en finanzas y planificación. Ha desempeñado altos cargos directivos en Grupo Financiero Banorte, el cuarto grupo financiero más importante de México y anteriormente se desempeñó como Director Ejecutivo en la firma de consultoría Staff Financiero. Jorge también fue responsable del departamento de planificación financiera en Banpaís Bank. El Sr. Colín tiene una licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial y una Maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA), ambas del Tecnológico de Monterrey, y también se graduó del Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección-Harvard en el programa de Alta Dirección.

She has a wide experience in international fund raising for Colombian clients. Margarita holds an Economics Degree from Universidad Javeriana.
